We start with an MVP whenever possible. We define the minimum that improves operations now, deliver it, then scale by modules. It reduces risk, accelerates adoption and avoids building things that won't be used.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, integrations and the quality of existing data. That's why we do Discovery and Blueprint before making timeline promises. We typically work in phases with short deliveries and continuous validation.

How do you budget custom development?

We budget by phase and by scope. An MVP is defined with clear deliverables (screens, rules, integrations) and the rest goes into the roadmap. That way the budget doesn't snowball.

What happens if requirements change mid-project?

Changes are managed as backlog: prioritised and evaluated by impact on cost/time/risk. If something is important it gets incorporated; if not, it's planned for the next phase.

Can you integrate with my current systems?

Yes. We work with APIs, webhooks and batch synchronisations depending on the case. The key is defining the "source of truth" for each piece of data and ensuring validations and traceability so it's not fragile.

How do you handle security and GDPR?

We apply role-based permissions, action auditing and access control best practices from the design phase. If there is sensitive data, measures are reinforced according to the need.

Do you offer support after go-live?

Yes. We offer corrective and evolutionary maintenance. A production system needs stability, adjustments and improvements, especially when operations change.

Do you work per project or as a continuous partner?
